The Flute/Cello duo Terra Voce performs Love Song

Flutist Elizabeth Brightbill and cellist Andrew Gabbert, who together comprise Terra Voce, perform Love Song, in the version for flute and cello. This is an instrumental version of Come Live with Me,a setting of Christopher Marlowe’s poem The Passionate Shepherd to Hs Love. It was originally commissioned by Sarah Davol for Double Entendre’s new CD Double Take, American Reed on the Albany label, released in 2014. This lyrical piece has lines that circle around each other and merge in a beautiful partnership,I have created numerous versions of Love Song, ranging from wind instruments plus strings, to two trombones!
