All scores are copyrighted material and all rights are reserved. Compositions listed in the store are delivered digitally. Printed scores and/or physical materials are available upon request. Within 3 business days following an order, a link will be sent via email to download the licensed PDF score(s) and/or any other included digital materials. Purchase of PDF sheet music and any ancillary materials includes a lifetime license to perform it by the licensee. Scores may be licensed to a specific individual, ensemble, and/or institution. Purchased music for groups (such as choirs) includes a license to print the exact number of copies ordered. Any dissemination (e.g. copying, sharing, renting, selling) of copyrighted material purchased from this store beyond the terms of the license is strictly prohibited by federal law. Perusal scores are available on the Composition Page for each piece, or by request. If the piece involves sound files, a computer program, or other digital materials, a zipped file with all necessary materials will be sent along with any digital sheet music. Materials are available for 30 days after purchase; the purchaser agrees to download the materials within that period. Performance rights for the music registered with and licensed by BMI.
